Team Line-Up and Performers

Every video is filmed live by a real team. Our teams work on a daily rotating schedule, and the individual performers present on any given shooting day may vary due to scheduling, availability and natural changes in team membership over time.

For this reason, the photos and sample videos shown on our website are illustrative of each team's style, format and energy — they are not a guarantee that specific individuals will appear in your video. What we guarantee is that your video will be performed by the team style you selected, at the size and format described in the product listing.

If the presence of specific performers is important for your order, please contact us before placing it at jambo.wishes.agency@gmail.com. Where possible, we will confirm availability in advance or send you preview photos of the line-up for approval.

All performers appearing in our videos are adults aged 18 or over. Age is verified against identity documents before any person begins working with us. Due to data-protection obligations we do not disclose personal data or documents of our performers, but we can provide a written company statement confirming this on request.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Video Production Time

The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on the overall order volume.
Production time: 1-3 business days

We will send it as an attachment via email to your order email address within 1-2 business days.

Incorrect Email Address

Make sure you provide the correct email address at checkout because:
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
